Healthy eating is not about strict nutrition philosophies (for example, staying as thin as the girl on the cover of your favorite magazine), it's about feeling great with yourself, having more energy and keeping yourself as healthy as possible.
It´s not just "what" you eat, but "how" you eat. Here are some tips:-Eat a little of everything. You should have foods from each of the alimentary groups (each one of the groups have different amounts per day).
-Eat five times a day. The worst thing you can do is something everyone does, SNACK. Start your day with a big and healthy breakfast that will give you the energy for the rest of the day.
-Drink a lot of water and do lots of exercice.
-Don't eat sweets and other not so healthy foods very often. You can eat them once a week, for example.
