We are going to give you ten habits to live healthily:
1.Always eat breakfast
2.Eat fruit and vegetables
3.Walk or do exercise everyday
4.Always carry a bottle of water.
5.Always have carbohydrates and proteins together.
If you do all these habits you will have a healthy life.
You also have to be careful with the quantity of food that you eat, and avoid junk food.
You have to balance carbohydrates, proteins, vegetables and fruit, sweets, proteins...
