Starting over

Hi, we are in 1^st ESO, and we are going to talk about how we felt when we first came to secondary school.

At the beginning, we felt nervous because everything was different; one of the changes is that we have to use folders instead of notebooks. That means that we have to be very careful with the sheets of the subjects. But now we are really happy with the teachers and subjects.

 

We recommend 6^th grade students to study a little bit every day and participate in class to get those habits before you pass to 1^st of ESO.

Allegiant

  ALLEGIANT:

Allegiant is the third film of the trilogy "Divergent" (divergent, Insurgent and Allegiant). 
This is a film created by Robert Schwentke. In my opinion is one of the best action films I´ve ever seen.
 It´s about a teenager girl that has to save her "world" fihting trought the antagonist  that at the begining was intending to help them. Tris, the protagonist, has to decide where to fight, with the perfect people or with the imperfect people. here is where she understans who's the realenemy.
here yo learn how to work in group and don´t quit in the bad moments.

Stephen Curry is my favourite player of the NBA,  last year he was the best player of the league and he also won the playoffs of the NBA with his team the Golden State Warriors.The university where he played basketball is called Davidson.

Barcelona

    LOS SAUCES VIGO GO TO BARCELONA

 The students of 6º of primary do a school trip at the end of the year, they go to Barcelona one week!!!

  In Barcelona they do a lot of activities but my favourite one is PortAventura because you have lots of things to do and the rollercoasters are very cool. The Rafting is one of my favourite because you can swim in the river and the rapids are great.

The hotel was very good, and there is a balcony where you can talk with the people in the next room so it was very cool.

Cats!

The scientific name of the cats is "felis catus". The cat is a carnivorous mammal, they've been a domestic and company animals for many years when they are in a house they are often called house cats. I'm going to tell you some facs about them: 

•  There are over 500 domestics cats in all the world.
• The heaviest domestic cat on record is 21.927 kilograms.
• Cats have a powerfull night vision .
•  They  are needed  25 skins cats to make a coat.
• Normally cats live for 12 or 13 years.
• Cats have a strategie for sharing space.

• Interrupt their rutines can usually make them sick.

  Point shoe is a type of shoe worn by ballet dancers when performin pointe work.Pointe shoes were conceveid in response to the desire for dancers to appear weightless and have envolved to enable dancers to dance en pointe (on the tips of their toes) for extended periods of time. We were liars is a young-adult novel by E.Lockhart. It tells the story of a young girl called Cadence and her family, they spend every summer on their private island, but not every summer is the same. They have a little group called `The Liars´ they are three cousins: Mirren, Johnny and Cadence. In one of the summers the nephew of the fiancé of the aunt of Cadence enter to first time to the island, he's called Gat. Cadence was deeply in love with him. In the summer number fifteen something happend, and no one could tell carefully to Cadence what happened. Then Cadence started to pick all the clues and she had to start differentiate all the lies of all the truths. I recommend you to read this book, it´s very interesting and very exciting.

          STAR WARS ROGUE

            Star wars rogue is the new science fiction film of star wars , but is not the oficial movie
         
            is a new story with new characters it will be shown in december , in my opinion I think

            that the movie will be brilliant.

      

     

ATLETICO DE MADRID IS A SEMIFINALIST OF THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

ATLETICO DE MADRID 

ATLETICO IS IN THE SEMIFINAL OF THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

On 12th april 2016 Atletico de Madrid became a semifinalist of the Champions League.
They played vs Barcelona in the quarters of final of the champions, the match ended 2-0, two goals of antoine griezmann,  let Atletico pass to the semifinals of the very appreciated cup.
Atletico only could pass if they won if not they would be out.
It was a very good and intensive match.
In my opinion, the referee did a good job but he could wistle one penalty for Barcelona and he could show a red card to Iniesta. I think it was a great and interesting match.
I hope Atletico de Madrid will win the champions league!!!

UNVERSITY: Harden played for the unversity of Arizona he joined the university in 2008 and the Oklahoma team picked him in the third selection of the draft of 2009 in the university he got a price the mvp of the college

NBA: he charges 16.000.000€ by year. In the year 2012 he changed  team from oklahoma city thunder to the Houston Rocket´s his statistics are:

modern dance performance

This year the students from secundary school , of modern dance are going to do  three dances : uptown funk , o castro da moura and say something. They are going to present their dance , on  29 of April. The day previous they have to do general rehearsal.  
The teacher that is going to present the dance is  called Maria .
It isn´t easy to do this type of dance.
They can be professional dancers but 
you have to open your eyes to see the inportant things. The modern dace is like ballet and a little bit of hip-hop.

SOLIDARY RACE 2016

On 5th of April a race   was organised by my school. All the students of the school, including 

the little boys and girls of 3took part in this fantastic event.

The youngest students ran very, very fast they were very funny...then the students of E.S.O didn´t 

run a lot only a little bit at the beginning. At the end of the race we took a photo with all the 

students and teachers and the headmaster of the school. Some parents  came 

and took photos, ran....

Then  we got on our buses and we went back to school 

i think taht next year the school will do it again and this race it was for taking money for the kids with leucemia because some years ago one student of Los Sauces had leucemia.

International School Day of Non-violence and Peace

School Day of Non-violence and Peace

   Today is a very important day for our school, we celebrate International School Day of Non-violence and Peace, so we've prepared some special activities, like, for example, in 2ºESO we've sung and danced a spanish song about peace called "Bajo el mismo Sol".

   Also, we have filled the corridors with sentences about why there are reasons to believe on a better world, and we've been able to think about all the good things of the world and life in general. And baccalaurelate students have organized a fair-trade shop in colaboration with Intermon-Oxfam, which we all have visited.

   

The official motto of this day is: "Universal love, non-violence and peace. Universal love is better than egoism, non-violence is better than violence, and peace is better than war"

THE INCREDIBLE MATCH

Last Saturday Mikel and Yerai went to my house. We were very excited because we were going to play the final of a FIFA tournament, the teams were of three people, if we won the tournament we were going to won 5 million coins.

We were preparing all the things for the final, like: popcorns, hotdogs, sandwiches, etc. In the first part we were losing by 2-0, then I explained a plan to Mikel and Yerai that consisted of some changes on the bank.

Then in the second part, Mikel scored a goal and then Yerai scored another goal, in the last minutes, Mikel pass me the ball and I scored the finally goal.WE WON!!!
