-Starter: Stuffed courgettes
Ingredients: -2 courgettes
-Half an onion
-Mince (half pork, and half beef)
-1 Red pepper
-Pepper
-Emmental cheese
-A little white wine
-1 Tomato - Salt
How to do it: 1. wash and cut the cougettes in similar pieces. Remove the pulp. 2. Then, cut the onion, the red pepper, the pulp from the cougettes and the tomato. 3. Put some oil in a pan and we fry the red pepper, the onion and the pieces of cougettes. Then add the tomato and finally the mince. When the mince gets colour, add a little wine. With a wooden spoon, try to crumble the mince while it gets cooked. 4. Let it get cold. 5. When it´s cold, put into the cougettes the mixture. grate some emmental cheese on the top and put it in the oven. 6. Let it in until it gets colour and the cheese is melted. It´s better to cook it at medium temperature to avoid the cougettes underdone. Doesn't it look delicious??? Enjoy! |
