Our trip to Santiago de Compostela

Hello! Here we're talking about our trip to Santiago de Compostela like a complement of interdisciplinary project.
There, in Santiago, we visited the TVG (Galicia Television) facilities: we were in the controls, in some sets and we met a very famous galician comedian called Xosé Antonio Touriñán.
We saw and learnt a lot of things about televisions, like the cameras and the importance of the position of the lights.

Then, after the TVG, we went to La Ciudad de la Cultura.
It is placed in Santiago de Compostela it is known as a cultural pole of big importance, dedicated to the knowledge and the contemporary creativity, La Ciudad de la Cultura of Galicia was outlined from his origins as an instrument that, bringing together past and future, is allowed to Galicia to approach in an integral way a strategic area for its developement: the culture.

Then, as we were starving, we went to have luch to Área Central; a famous shopping centre in Santiago.
when we finished our lunch, we went shopping, and finally we went back home.

Celta de Vigo

Celta is playing very well. They're second in the table,  but the 15 of April they will play against their most important oponent, Deportivo. They will play at 12 or at 19.45.The match will be on Canal plus. Balaidos will be full because they are just 3000 tickets and the match is in one month. It will probably be the first time Balaidos is absolubtly full. We wish luck to the all teams but specially to ours, Celta.

Luxury cars

Luxury cars are very expensive because they are very fast and they have high quality.The most expensive car is a Bugatti Atlantic, it costs 40 million euros.
The second is a Ferrari 250 GTO that  costs 14 million euros.These are some more expensive cars:

'ai se eu te pego' plagiarism?

Nine students demand that they are the authors of the famous song 'Ai se eu te pego'. apparently this girls were in Disneyworld in summer when they composed the song. three of this girls were recognized by the author like coauthors, but the matter has to go to court.

By the moment, the judge  has blocked the access to the money . If the students win, they would have right to a part of the money, here are the three girls singing the song:

Saint patrick day last year

Saint patrick day is a cultural and religious holiday celebrated on 17 March.

Saint Patrick's feast day, as a kind of national day, was already being celebrated by the Irish in Europe in the ninth and tenth centuries. In later times he became more and more widely known as the patron of Ireland.

What do irish do on that day?

Originally, the colour associated with Saint Patrick was blue. Over the years the colour green and its association with Saint Patrick's day grew. Green ribbons and shamrocks were worn in celebration of St Patrick's Day as early as the 17th century. Saint Patrick is said to have used the shamrock as a symbol of that date.

Our experience

We saw a parade in Bray. There was a train, everybody was wearing costumes, always green, of course, the floats with music.The floats were funny and some of them were very big.

EL HORMIGUERO

El hormiguero is a spanish television program . It's a comedy & science show. It  started in September 2006. It's produced and conducted by Pablo Motos and  it was broadcast on "Cuatro" until September of last year now it is broadcast on Antena 3 . 

Two of the main charecters who take part in the show is a couple of puppet ants : Trancas & Barrancas. 

The show includes some other people such as Luis Piedrahita , Raquel Martos , Marron and " The Man in Black ".

In the first part of the program Pablo Motos interviews a famous person, a lot of people like : Will Smith , Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Paulina Rubio... have been there. 

Then they do some experiments & magic.

Finally they sing a special song.

As you can imagine with all these ingredients, the program is really successful.

The ATP is the international tennis league .The current champion is Novak Djokovic. This is the ranking:

Today we are going to talk what is fashionable to wear at parties.  there are a lot of dresses the most elegant are the long dresses and the short ones are more for disco, so if you go to a party like a comunion party you can bring a dress like this ones:the dress than you have up the text is a perfect large party dress.Another party dress is the short ones they are very fabulous to but they are not like the large ones.And then there are like the dresses than they are not short and they are not long they are just normal dresses.And some people in the parties don´t were dresses they were elegant skirts.And there the modt important thing in a party is the high hells.

You can buy or get some applications for your iphone for free.

All Iphones have a camera in the back and in the front but Iphone 3G  doesn't have front camera.

Iphones are very expensive more than any other mobile phone,

Nowadays the Iphone 4S is the best in the world.

We think Iphones are better than blackberries because they have more applications and better cameras.

St. patrick's day

Saint Patrick is the patron saint and national apostle of Ireland. St Patrick is credited with bringing christianity to Ireland.  So, why is it celebrated on March 17th? One theory is that that is the day that St. Patrick died.

Saint Patrick's Day has come to be associated with everything Irish: anything green and gold, shamrocks and luck.

In American cities with a large Irish population, St. Patrick's Day is a very big deal. Big cities and small towns alike celebrate with parades, "wearing of the green," music and songs, Irish food and drink, and activities for kids such as crafts, coloring and games. Some communities even go so far as to dye rivers or streams green!

SUPERHEROES 2 ESO C

This year in our class, 2 ESO C we are going to dress up as superheroes.

We have Superman, Flash, Hulk El tío la vara The Powerpuff Girls, Catwoman, Batman, Batwoman, Wonderwoman, American Captain, etc. 

We are going to "save the world" with our superpowers. 

We are going to make great performance and we are having much fun preparing it.

Theme Park: Ferrari World Abu Dhabi

Today we are going to talk about one special theme park. There are a lot  in many different parts of the world. Some of them are Warner Bros, Terra Mitica, Port Aventura, Disney World USA, Disneyland Paris... Today we're going to talk about Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. This amusement park is near the circuit, so if you like F1, you must go there. Also, Ferrari World is inspired by the ferrari car. All the attractions are created by the brand. Some attractions are Formula Rossa, G-Force, Scuderia Challenge, etc. 
Formula Rossa is the fastest attraction in the world. If you like rollercoosters, you  must go there.

Shrove Tuesday

Shrove Tuesday
It's a Christian celebration, it consists of eating all the fat food in your house before Lent starts. On this celebration people in the U.K, England, New Zealand,..... make pancakes  not to waste eggs, flour and butter. They always make pancakes races and they wear aprons. After this celebration they start Lent. Lent is a period of time(40 days) when people stop eating their favorite food. That's why people have Shrove Tuesday.
Shrove Tuesday is also called Mardi Gras in the U.S.A.
This year Shrove Tuesday it's on the 21 st. of February.

From his early years, Teló has dedicated his life to music. His artistic career began in 1987. At the age of 12, upon encouragement by neighbors, school friends and his brothers, he formed a young band for playing music, and served to strengthen Teló taste in music in a professional organized manner. He was the band's lead singer. Besides his love for the harmonica, Michel also took piano lessons for five years. Shopping

The best shops that I've ever seen are: Bershka, Stradivarius, Zara and roxy more.

But I think that the best shop is in Bershka they have a lot of clothes that the teenagers love .

Stradivarius, the collection in Spring there are lot of flowers and they have escesive shocks.

Zara, they have for babies, for children, for teenager and for adults. the collections are very classics all years are the same.the baby collections are always very nice and the colors are baby colours, the children collections always have  Disney pictures.

Roxy, the style of roxy is very sportive they have a beautiful bags for the school for  excursions to the mountain.They always have a collecton that is for surfers. If you go to a secondary school most girls have a school bag of roxy the bags collections are always very nice.

CD MIRANDÉS

Club Deportivo Mirandés is a Spanish football team based in Miranda de Ebro, province of Burgos.
It was founded on 3 May 1927, it plays in Segunda División B - Group 2.
Its stadium is called Estadio Municipal de Anduva. They have only lost two matches this season; and for our surprise, in Copa del Rey, they have qualified for the semifinals eliminating Villarreal, Racing and Espagnol, who are teams from the first division. Now they are playing in the semifinals against Athletic Club de Bilbao, and they have lost the first match 1-2, in Anduva.

MINECRAFT

Minecraft is a game about placing blocks to build anything you can imagine. At night monster come out, make sure to build a shelter before that happens.

Minecraft is developed by Markus Persson. It's been under development since about May 10, 2009.
